Tianjin Bootech helps Thailand BNS to realize automation upgrade of bar production line

Tianjin Best Joiner Electromechanical Advanced Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjin Boji"), a leading domestic supplier of rolling mill automation technology, recently announced that the complete set of bar production line automation control systems and fully automatic strapping machines provided for BNS Steel Company in Thailand have been successfully commissioned and put into operation. This project, located in Rayong Province, Chonburi, is another significant milestone for Tianjin Boji in the Southeast Asian market.

Tianjin Boji supplied advanced automation control systems and fully automatic strapping machines to BNS Steel, achieving full automation from raw materials to finished products. The system not only significantly increased production efficiency but also ensured high-quality and consistent product output. It is reported that the hourly production capacity of the line can reach 100 tons, with product specifications ranging from φ10 to φ25 mm, meeting customer demands for high-efficiency, high-quality bars.
