EPC
EPC engineering provides turnkey engineering services for rods and wires. The service scope includes: process design, equipment supply, factory design, installation and modulation.
High Speed Bar Rolling Line
High Speed Bar Rolling Line produce bar products using continuous casting billets as raw materials. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, low energy consumption, high rolling speed, and high precision product.
- Annual output: 1.6 mt/year
- Product size:φ8~60mm
- Max rolling speed: 50m/s
Wire Rod Line
Produce coil products using billets as raw materials. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, low energy consumption, high rolling speed, and high product size accuracy.
- Annual output: 1.0 mt/year
- Product size:φ5~12mm
- Max rolling speed: 120m/s
Flying shear
Flying shears and pinch rollers are used in the long product workshop. There are multiple models suitable for corresponding working conditions.
Start-Stop Shear
Start-stop shears are arranged in front of rolling mill, used to cutting head and tail, and chopping in accident.
- Speed :0.2~18m/s
- Bar size:φ8~150mm
Superspeed Flying Shear
Superspeed flying shear is arranged in front of reducing and sizing mill, used to cutting head and tail, and chopping in accident.
- Speed :40~120m/s
- Bar size:≤φ25mm
Continuous-Rotating Shear
Start-stop shears are arranged in front of rolling mill, used to cutting head and tail, and chopping in accident.
- Speed :6~30m/s
- Bar size:φ25~50mm
Cutting to length Shear
Cutting to length shear is arranged behind straighter in angle rolling line, used to cutting angle bar to the product length precisely.
- Speed :3~8m/s
- Section size:∠6.3
Section Shear
Section shear is arranged behind finishing mill in section workshop, used to cut the finishing section bar to multiply length.
- Speed :3~18m/s
- Section size:∠3~H300
Pinch Roll
Pinch rollers are used in rolling line to pinch billets, bars.
- Speed :0.1~20m/s
- Pinch Force: 3~25kN
